The thread is posted in a sticky here in this forum but this method can be used with member here if they agree and does not have any tracking what so ever. The thing is that it can be use for low end trade but I would not recommend it for mid and high end or jersey.So tell your partner and if he agree for low end trade try it. In the end, the sender remain responsable for any damage but yoiu can mail USA to CANADA "non-Machinable" but probably have to mail this option at the post office.
But the only way to be protected is to send with Tracking ID, so Reenforced PWE should be only for things that you can afford to replace or re-pay the value if it does not get there. Since member tend to hate PWE, ask them first.

The New USPS International Letter rates are as follows:
To Canada
2 oz, or less - $1.10 USD
Remember, this is letter rate, not package rate.
