Trade issue, staff please help!
So this is probably the wrong place to post this but I have a trading issue with another member on here. I sold 95% of my entire collection to another member on here and all was going well. He sent the payment and I sent the cards. About a week or two after I sent the cards(2 full large flat rate boxes), they came back to me saying the "addressee not known" or something like that. The cards have been sitting on my patio for 3 weeks now. I've tried contacting the other member but he hasn't been on since we made the trade. I'd like to cancel the trade and refund his money since he is taking too long and I want the cards more than the money. Any help from staff members is appreciated!

I just looked through your pending trades and don't see anyone that hasn't been on since the trade was posted. PM me with who the trade is with and I will look into it and try to help out.
