I would send it, but I'm a high-risk, high-reward type of guy and literally sent a HUGE amount of HOF RCs totaling a value of close to $5k and got everyone back.
HOWEVER, as a previous poster did mention- I do graph NBA Basketball IP and would take a consignment for him, just pay attention to when Toronto plays the Bobcats (In Charlotte) and LMKLast edited by SMVintage; 08-09-2013 at 05:08 PM.

He's just awkward and doesn't sign on Game Days. His TTM auto is 100% good and matches everything I've ever gotten from him IP.

Yeah check to see if there is anyone in Toronto that can do it for you. If he does sign IP it would probably be for his new home fans.
