What Are Your "Hot Ticket" Games This Coming Season?
For those of you that love going to the games, what are your "must-see" events of the coming season?
For me, it's obviously going to be the Canadiens/Canucks game at Rogers Arena on October 12th. First time seeing this matchup in 10 years! Should be a great night.
Another one that has been seen many times in my Twitter timeline is the Habs/Ducks game at the Bell Centre. Almost certainly the last time that Teemu Selanne and Saku Koivu will be in Montreal as active NHL players. Special time for the fans attending that one.
At the WHL level, I'm going to try to get some tickets to see the Rockets take on the Kootenay Ice at least once. With top-rated prospect Sam Reinhart in town, it should be a good live look at the kid that could go #1 in next year's draft.
Games against Kamloops are always still fun. Last chance to get a look at Habs prospect Tim Bozon too.Habs fan and collector! Main PC's: Carey Price, Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky, and of course...

Seeing the Habs in Qc in a preseason matchup against the Canes on Sept. 20th and heading up to Mtl for the Habs vs Isle matchup on November 10th. It wasn't my first choice but when my turn came to buy tickets well, it was the best I could get...good thing is, that's the Pats' bye week so i won't miss one of their games :)

Hopefully can get some Jets tickets for when the Bruins, Caps and maybe Ducks, although that one is like a Selanne tribute game that will be hard to get tickets for.

Every year I and 200 others head to Montreal as part as the Gazette Hockey Inside Out Summit. We raise money for the Montreal Children's Foundation, and rub elbow with some of the greatest Canadiens fans on the planet. This year being the 6th season, Les Canadiens through Rejean Houle have allowed Guy LaFleur, Guy Lapointe, and the Great Jean Beliveau to sit in our section. I know Jean Beliveau is sitting in my row, so this year's Summit is extra special.
The Summit game is 26 Oct vs SJ, so I decided to go a few days early and catch Saku Koivu and the Ducks.
I will be in St Paul to watch the Canadiens on the 1st, and if any tickets are released on 15 Oct in Winnipeg I will be at that as well.
On 3 April I hope to take my boy to a Pens game in Winnipeg, but odds are completely against that.
FYI, it's cheaper for me to drive 9 hours to St Paul, and watch a game than to go to one two hours away in Winnipeg!
