As much of a powerhouse Pittsburgh is, I'd be nervous with MAF in net....I guess he did get them one cup but didn't he have a meltdown last year in the playoffs?

Yep total meltdown. They played Vokoun after that (who obviously isn't available this year). But for the moment he looks decent enough it's the teams "ho hum" attitude that's driving me insane.

I don't think it is just MAF, they just don't seem to have a system/coaching or personal to win 1-0, 3-1, etc, the type of game needed to go all the way in play-off hockey. If they can't shut down the "powerhouse" Jackets after getting a lead....

I don't really think any of this series (yet) has much to do with MAF. He's actually played quite well at times and definitely well enough that a team with the skill level of the Penguins shouldn't be having problems with Columbus. But they are doing their "we showed up so we win right guys" routine where they lose to opponents they really shouldn't lose to. Double OT in game 2, one way or another this will be a huge swing in the series. So I'll just sit here and very nervously see how this plays out.

Ironically, still not Flowers fault lol. Made the first save, made the second save, guy buried the 3rd one. Defense would be nice but nahhhhh.

Here we go again with the same team, same coaching, etc. Its so hard to watch them in the playoffs when I know ultimately they will fail before the Stanley Cup.
I collect vintage in all sports and rookies. However, I do love any Red Sox, Bears, Penguins or Celtics that I need for PC! Need 1959 Topps Baseball cards for a set (ending stages). My cards come from smoke free environment, so please be upfront if your cards are not. Also if your cards are creased or bent, be honest about it.
