    if you look at that, the centering is worse than the refractor and the base has a score of a 10.

    I think I've seen about 4 or 5. They have all been recent and while I don't look too often at graded cards they are legitimately rare. Don't really know how you tell a 10 from a 9.5 if you are a grader but at least with centering you can measure the stat more than you can the other three.
