You can't openly use Beckett book values on here because it is copyright infringement. It is their intellectual property, whether you agree with what Beckett charges for the OPG or their magazine, or not what you are suggesting is not only going to be against their rules, it is a violation of copyright law.

no different than pirating movies or music. Downloading digital copies of books or comics or photocopying articles or price guide info to share with your friends. No different than Installing software on more computers than you pay for.

Whether you buy it and share it or ten people split the cost it is the same thing. If you don't agree with their pricing then don't buy it. But openly advocating theft of intellectual property because "I didn't know it was against the rule and I'm not going to go looking for it", Is not a defence. You asked the question you got answers. You have enough information to know that it is going to be considered theft. Best case scenario they cancel the subscription; Worst case you get hit with one or combination of Piracy or Fraud.

Beyond done. If only we had a sticky thread at the top of the Hockey Card Talk forum discussing Beckett's TOS and how such a thing was copyright infringement...
