I don't know if you are meaning to imply that KKK members are all southerners with the "inbred" quote or not. If so, you are mistaken. The state with the most organized KKK groups is....wait for it...California.

Actually I did some more digging and to you are correct. To clarify, California has the largest number of white supremacist groups including the KKK, skinheads and Neo-Nazis.
