    Hoops Team Night Sheets

I'm curious if anyone knows the story behind the Hoops Team Night Sheets that came out in 1990 and 1991. How were they released...why were they released...etc. Thanks!

    Greetings:
Pretty much they were a promotional give away at all the teams as an uncut sheet form. The reasoning was to get more younger fans into collecting world. As for what nights they were given away it varied from team to team.

the Hoops team sheets were stadium giveaways for most teams that participated in the program. The trailblazers had sheets but reportedly did give them out at a game, rather youth clinics. The Suns first year only put the individual cards in 12 packs of pepsi and the Jazz with colgate toothpaste, the Lakers handed the Sheets at a game and in strips at taco bell.
