Atheist holiday displays vandalized
http://news.yahoo.com/no-room-inn-at...222131475.html
Atheist decorations also have become a target for destruction after their addition to some public forums in recent years as a counter-argument to menorahs and creches, a Wisconsin-based secularist group said on Friday.
"It's not unusual at all to run into these heavy-handed tactics," said Annie Laurie Gaylor of the Freedom From Religion Foundation.
Of a dozen FFRF displays erected in winter 2012, five were stolen or vandalized, Gaylor said. In 2013, 14 displays were put up, and two were vandalized.
Gaylor said the banners and lighted "A" for atheist signs are in response to religious displays, which the foundation said should not be in public places such as parks or government buildings.
One of the foundation's displays is a "Bill of Rights" nativity scene, to commemorate the Dec. 15 ratification of the first 10 amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
"It's the founding fathers gazing adoringly at the Bill of Rights in a crib. James Madison is on bended knee," said Gaylor.

Absolutely correct.
I don't condone destroying anyone's property, but I am sure not going to shed a tear that it happened to an Atheist Display mocking Christianity.

For once I agree with you....it IS anti-religion.
But it's TAME....VERY tame....
Here's what I'm planning for MY Christmas.
Sitting around the yule log, as the nice fire roars within it, I chuck bible after bible to keep it going....
I then draw a huge pentagram on the floor as I sacrifice a puppy to Satan.
Later we talk about our plans on how to make 8 month abortions legal!

Interesting, an atheist who doesn't believe that God doesn't exist BUT that Satan does, and he burns the Bible. It is in the Bible where BOTH God & Satan are mentioned. Yet, Satan exists but God doesn't??? That just doesn't make sense. Therefore, an atheist who believes that Satan exists must also believe, but will not yet admit it, that God DOES exist. So, such an atheist is making a step forward and is moving in the right direction. Hopefully, such a current atheist, will accept Christ as his/her savior before his/her last physical breathe is taken here on earth.
Have a good night, and MERRY CHRISTMAS to my fellow Christians and Happy Holidays to everyone else.
