I don't think you can get a hobby box for under 20 bucks unless you want some worthless early 90s UD, skybox, or hoops

If you don't want to spend a lot but have a pack busting itch to scratch buy a blaster of the new Prizm from local walmart/target. People have been going after the retail parallels of wiggins which have been selling very well lately

Good luck to you. You need more than $20 to buy a good hobby box, let alone any.

If good hits are more important, I recommend 2014-15 Hoops. It's ~$75 at my local card shop (even cheaper online). My experience has been excellent; I broke even.

If price is more important, go to Walmart and look for the Prizm blaster. It's $20 and has a guaranteed game-used hit. I bought one and pulled a Jabari Parker Blue Mojo RC, and sold it for $20 online. On top of that, my hit was a Kawhi Leonard game-used.
