    2014-15 Panini Threads Basketball

Been waiting for this product to show up at Target for a few days.

$4 gravity packs, $30 blasters and $120 boxes.

    I got 1 $30 boxes. 20 cards in a fat pack.

1 guaranteed rookie memorabilia card and 2 wooden rookies.

    Marcus Smart Rookie Threads
    Elfrid Payton Wooden Rookie
    Adreian Payne Wooden Rookie
    Stephen Curry Floor Generals
DeMar Derozan / Kyle Lowry Talented Twosomes

Overall this is a boring product. Basic base cards, unexciting inserts. Wooden rookies are simply a gimmick.

The $120 box might be better with more inserts and autos, especially of the announcers and what not, but I'm not sure I'd drop $120 on a box of this stuff when Select is out next week for about the same price with WAY better cards.

I'd stay away from this stuff, after the preview it looks really bad for the price.

Yeah, that's how I'm feeling to. My LCS has no basketball anymore. They had a box of 2013-14 NBA Hoops and a box of 2014-15 Totally Certified that was going for twice as much as it is online. Target's my only hope locally.

I would A-Okay with the Prizm blasters. Dope inserts, awesome base and I got 2 prime patches out of them. Even got the Wiggins Blue Mojo GU. I made a profit off of the Prizm by selling those on eBay, lol.

But this product, meh. I would love to try a box of the Premium, but no chance I spend $120 on it.

That seems a bit rough but thanks for sharing. My LCS gets basketball luckily but I might have to try a Prizm blaster if they still have them, thanks. Daniel

Wish I had read this and stayed away before I bought a blaster. I'll post my hits today.

It's essentially a Big hit or miss with the price. The only chance you will get to making your money somewhat is buying the Premium boxes and hitting Wiggins/Parker/Voices of the Game Autos/Hall of Fame or Future Hall of Fame Autos. I've seen boxes where it has been stacked and thats like 1 in 100 boxes.
