Wow 5-1 what a bad showing, you guys and gals think this one is over or can the Islanders force a game 7.

Man oh man, not very often you see the Caps put up five goals and Ovy gets goosed. Crazy town.

Well they granted your wish today, Karine! They're going to 7!

What is it with Jaro and the Capitals in the playoffs, anyways?

I don't even know who I want winning this series. I want the team with the best chance of beating NYR to win. Isles defence is depleted, but I think that if their team gets going, they have more depth in terms of forwards. Oh the dilemma. Ovi is playing better than Tavares so far though, and Holtby is technically a better goalie than Halak from my observations.

Anyone know if Hamonic might be back next series (if they make it)?

Hamonic is most likely done for the season. As for the rest of the Isles, they can beat the Rangers if they play a physical game. All season the games were close except 1 and it seemed as if the Rangers weren't too much of a fan of the banging but we'll see what happens if they face off against eachother. It'll probably be the most talked about series in recent history because of the teams and the Coliseum closing down.
I collect Matt Dzieduszycki, Derek King, Pierre Turgeon (Isles only), Zigmund Palffy (Isles only) plus specific current Isles (mainly Wahlstrom, Dobson, Barzal, Beauvillier, Pulock)

That's unfortunate about Hamonic. How about Lubo and de Haan? Are they supposed to be out long term? Lubo is obviously the bigger loss but he looked pretty darn concussed after that hit.

They're both shut down. De Haan has a separated shoulder and Lubo still doesn't know what time it is. They let Washington get away with murder. Hopefully it comes to bite them tomorrow and they wind up blown out.
