Had to look this up....WOW, had no idea Rubio was Mormon, that explains quite a bit.
I thought he was catholic, since MOST Cubans and Hispanics are Catholic.
BTW....Many Evangelicals don't like any other religion except their own.
Many think that the Catholic Church is the infamous "™™™™™ of Babylon" the Bible Talks about.
They think JWs and Mormons are indeed FAKE sects of Christianity.
But ironically enough, the talking snake, the flood, Jonah getting eaten by a fish and surviving and all the other stories in the Bible are very much true.

Like I said, not doing so because there is nothing to do. Nearly all of her statements were made while a NY senator or Sec of State and Rubio became a congressman one year before she became senator.

Actually it doesn't explain much at all. He was raised Catholic until he was 8. When his parents moved to Las Vegas they attended a LDS church for a few years then returned to the Catholic church at 11 and he has remained a Catholic every since.
If 3 years in an LDS church is going to be labeled as that big of a deal for Rubio then we have some major revisiting to do on Obama's time attending a madras and being raised by an Islamic father that was a practicing socialist.Last edited by duane1969; 04-21-2015 at 11:39 AM.

Mormonism in general makes regular Christianity look very normal....
I mean a talking snake and a flood covering the entire earth is ridiculous.....
But, magic underpants, getting your own planet, and Jesus walking in America are something else...
Although to be fair, almost every Mormon I've ever met is freakishly nice.....it's kinda creepy how nice they are.
And they do have a strong family value thing.....not that I care about that but I know many people do.
