Yes I know about the process, but seems very long, in meantime the court of public opinion seems to have already ruled against him, punching a cabbie doesn't prove he is a rapist...

Forensic analysis takes time. Science doesn't just whip up an answer to fit people's timetables.
I don't think there's a single person of any intelligence who would make that connection.

I don't know what that means. I would assume that Canadian rape kit tests aren't vastly different from the American ones.

Personally I think the US Courts are messed up. It takes forever for anything to get done. That's all the further Ill go. I can say that it shouldn't take a month to get a result from a rape kit. Just Saying. I wouldn't expect any news on this for a while. Look how long it takes for the other things to get done. (Deflategate, Varlamov, Voynov)Flickr: Hidden Content

Reputation plays a huge part in this. If it was Jonathan Toews who was accused of this I bet the reaction would be dramatically different. Kane on the other hand has had a reputation as a party animal and a guy who gets off on treating people like garbage when he is drunk with his buddies (ie cabbie guy). It may not mean you are guilty of rape but it does prove that you have a history of poor decision making.
