Im gonna start with a card thats been in my collection for about 5 - 6 years now. One of my favorite goalies. Love how flashy he is when he makes a save. None of this boring positional, get big and let the puck hit you kind of play =P .... around the world with the glove, desperation saves ... thats what we want to see!

Not my best card but one of my personal favourites. I have been collecting Mayer ever since his first licesned card was produced in 2007-08 with an autograph and base from ITG Between The Pipes and ever since then it grew to mostly all his 1/1's almost all his cards also 2 game jerseys and 3 sticks. Here's the finished product from The Cup

Anyways. This is my most expensive card but its my favorite too. Took me a few years to pull the trigger but I always wanted a Sid Rookie Auto. Ever since I got it. Its been in the same place on my stand where I get to see it everyday!

I love the idea... let's see, something I haven't shown before? So I'm working on the Masterpieces master set... there are only 5 1/1's in the product, I haven't seen the Yzerman yet and I missed out on the Messier (hope it resurfaces one day) but in the meantime I've got these three to show.



Now with all due respect to Datsyuk, not quite sure he's in the same category as the other four guys that have 1/1's but who am I to quibble...











Next up just a decent defenseman I hear was alright...

Wow! Some people are starting off with a bang! 6 Posts and 5 1/1s already =P

Steel - Love Honorable Numbers ... one of my favorite Cup subsets .... too bad theyve started to use mainly players with very low jersey numbered, rookies that I dont want, or SPing everything. Last time I check Gretzky wore #99, not #9, Mario wore #66, not #6 and Lindros wore #88, not #8

boxbreaker - Haha I always forget about you and that Fleury =P, until you post about it again. Im sure you clicked the link figuring you would see it LOL. 05/06 SPx was a great set, IMO their best pre lockout design .... love the Sid! Ive contemplated a few times doing the set with multi color swatches!

I plan on adding more little by little! Hope everyone else does the same

As a Bruins fan it doesn't get much better than this one for me.
