Parkhurst vs UD Series 1
Was wondering if anyone has the numbers on these products.
How many McDavid Young Guns are there compared to McDavid Blue Parkhurst rookies is there? I am seeing quite a few Parkhurst compared to YG's. Anyone know the numbers?

Tough to know since UD doesn't give out the print run info on Series 1.
Even moreso since there was a re-stock at Wal-Mart on the blasters with the Parkhurst set and we don't really know now if it's just a Black Friday promo or if they'll be around for a while.Habs fan and collector! Main PC's: Carey Price, Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky, and of course...

RGM81 is bang on. UD1 you will never know how many Young Guns there are.
Parkhurst was supposed to be a black friday blaster but they are everywhere still after the restock. They are still a pretty good deal at $35.
My Walmart here has tins at $44.86 which is a rip off to me. Just my opinion.
I would go for the $35 blaster with Parkhurst and you might hit both McDavids you are referring to.

Even if there are 10x more YG's as parkhurst the YG will be worth 10x more anyway...
There's a lot either way...Probably 15000 to 25000 yg's

I would think its somewhere in the 12,000 - 15,000 of each Young Gun .... not including the SPs in 02/03 or the slightly shorted 10/11 Series 2.
With McDavid .... I would not be surprised if there were 18,000 - 22,000*** Main PC - Roberto Luongo ***
*** MOST WANTED - 12/13 PRIME COLORS "PATCH" ROBERTO LUONGO x/8 ***

Beckett says the blues are inserted 1:3 and the Red 1:15 Blaster packs. So to answer your question about McDavid specifically: You can get a McDavid blue on average 1:30 blasters opened, and McDavid red on average 1:150 blasters opened.
The McDavid YG, assuming all YG's have the same print run you can expect to get 1:8.333 hobby boxes opened or 1:16.666 walmart blasters opened.
The Parkhurst is more rare, but the YG is more valuable since it's a true RC. But no absolute numbers of each are known.
