Hi, I'm new to this forum.

Hi.
As stated above I'm new here so please be patient with me.
I got into collecting basketball cards in the early 1990's when cards became huge in Australia.
My main PC has always been Karl Malone.
I stopped collecting in the late 90's after being ripped off.
I opened a pack of fleer ultra and pulled what was the Holy Grail for me. An autographed Karl Malone Career Highlights card. The card dealer informed me that the card was an error as it was not embossed and would have to be sent back. Which I reluctantly did.
After a month of not hearing anything I caught the bus into the city (1 & half hour one way trip) to see where my card was at. Only to find that the card shop had closed down afew weeks prior. This put an end to my collecting until I went on a Australia forum where I did the same as this. To my surprise I received a message from another member offering to send me any cards that he had duplicates of to get me collecting again. Thus restoring my faith in collecting again.
So that's why I'm here.
