Be careful, these aren't true SSP acetates that are exclusive to Series 2. These are clear cut inserts and are not as rare as the true acetates.

According to UD, the Acetates are more common than the Exclusives! So they should not be picking up premium prices. When you can get most players Exclusives card for less than $10, I hope nobody is paying top dollar for common Acetates thinking they will "hold value."

I am wondering what this will do to the price of YG Acetates. I wonder if the YGs are as common as the regular cards or if they are still SSPs like before. I am not really chasing any YGs in this series, so I haven't been watching. But what do the numbers look like for YG acetates. Are people seeing many, or is it still just one here one there?

I am monitoring the acetate sales on eBay and elsewhere. I too think most are over priced. I will wait for our monthly card show before I buy any.

Buddy of mine got a Sergachev YG in a group break at our trade night last night. Beautiful card, I think he's got it listed on eBay already. Strike while it's hot!

I Pulled the Mantha acetate last night, cool looking card. Also have Pacioretty and Callaghan. Would trade the Mantha for a Leafs YG acetate from this year and the other 2 players for leafs base acetate cards.

UD Series 1 is just a horrid product all around. If you don't get a Matthews, Nylander, Laine you just wasted your money imo.

The inserts look like a 9th grader made them. Just hot hot garbage.
