My day just took a terrible turn for the worse...

I sold a Kobe Bryant auto for $108 last month on Ebay. I shipped with Dc, as usual, and all the good stuff.

Well, the guy files a dispute. I show DC, figuring It would make me win automatically, right? Nope, Paypal just refunded his ENTIRE $108. I have the DC, it shows its been In CA since November 17th, and is status "Enroute".

How is this MY Fault? Why should I be liable? Now Im out $108 dollars, because this (I want to swear here, but thats inappropriate and against the rules) guy, didnt recieve his card, or go to his post and argue.

    What can I do?

    Yeah that sucks.

I recently sent something to Marlton New Jersey. (w/DC).

The DC slip and status says "DELIVERED" but the guy claims he never received it and he has called his Post Office and they say that it has been sent out for delivery.

Luckily it wasn't a cash or card transaction (it was Points for 3 packs of Mike's Mojo) so I was able to just refund him the points.

I don't understand why the slip would say Delivered but he still claims to not have the items.

Good luck getting your situation sorted out.

    Thanks
    Mike

I cant believe this, Im just fuming, heres what paypal says, which is complete BULL!!!:
Resolution Center - Claim Details Return to Resolution Center
We have granted this claim. The online tracking information you provided was not sufficient enough to confirm that you shipped the item to the buyer. A refund of $108.00 USD has been transferred from your account to the buyer.

That's total B.S. Bro. I had something like this happen but only it was like stangs and said it had been delivered. The person tried telling me he had not got it and paypal told me all i had to show was proof of delivery to his address and i would be covered. I did so and nothing happened i won the case. So that is total B.S. man i'd be emailing paypal and asking them what's up with that because if you got the D.C. Slip that is out of your power.
