    on a computer graphics program what atrribute is equal to 1 inch when it prints? for instance a 300x100 banner would be how big printed? in inches

    The answer depends on the dpi (dots per inch) of the printer you are using. There may be other factors too. Check out these links to help you find an answer to your question...
