Banner request - 500cc!

I'm not sure if this is possible. Looking to get an animated banner with dimensions 300x100. It can go up to 500x100 if that does not conflict with the SCF code limit. I think the bb code limit is 650 characters. I will need some space left over for 2-3 links in my signature.

This will be an animated banner with four parts. I've listed players that I want for each part...equal size pictures preferably. I prefer to have the players in each corner of the banner. Not too small either.

Part #1: black background with San Antonio Spurs logo in the middle. All players must be in Spurs uniform.

Part #2: blue background with Dallas Cowboys logo in the middle. All players must be in Cowboys uniform.
Emmitt Smith

Part #3: burnt orange background with Texas Longhorns logo in the middle. All players must be in Longhorns uniform.
Vince Young (top left corner)
Ricky Williams (#34 jersey) (bottom left corner)

having four separate images will more then likely put it over the KB's file limit.

Yeah. That will need to be cut back if possible.
