I'm looking for a particular banner, can anyone help?

I am not looking for the traditional square/rectangular banner.....

I am looking to use the patriots logo, on the 2 red pieces at the end I want this

on the longer one I want "Total Team Collector" without the quotes of course

and the shorter one I want my user name

LMK if this can be done, I am willing to give the rest of my card cash and possibly a lower end gu/au
