Throwing cards away?

Do people really do this? I have seen a thread or two on here that says people would rather throw their cards away then try and trade them. I have also been to shows where people said they are always throwing cards away instead of trying to move them or trade them. Is this somethign that people typically do? Would people send these to someone else if the other person paid the shipping on it? I mean, I can't remember the last time I really tossed a card away. I downgrade them to use as bookmarks yes, but I typically keep or trade everything I go through.

I think if you're willing to pay for shipping, people would send you a lot of cards they'd otherwise toss.

I've never thrown away a card, and honestly don't understand why you would unless it's a base card that wouldn't even get a graded 1....

i've thrown cards out but they were ones in just terrible condition that were useless to keep, otherwise send them cards from me :)

i throw BAD players BASE away ALL the time

i dont keep them... even new packs and boxes. i dont keep base of ppl who arent worth much..

i take them...... 15 feet to the trashcan

i keep all my nice base though.

I never throw cards away either. But I sure wish I had the money and space to take other people's unwanted cards.
