    question about autographed baseballs

    what looks best on a baseball:
    blue pen
    red pen
    black pen

    i have some black pen autographed baseballs but none of the others.

    I think blue looks the best personally. And if you look at baseballs sold by the big memorabilia companies (Upper Deck, Steiner, etc), they almost always have the athletes sign them with blue ink.

    Depends on who is signing it. I went to a Cardinals game three years ago and got Schoendist to sign my ball. Looks sweet in the red ink!

    I prefer black I think it looks better but, I guess it all depends on the person collecting the autographs.
