    Official 2009-10 Cleveland Cavaliers thread

HEre it is the official thread for the cavs.

Whats up with them, are they just not meshing or whats your thoughts? Starting the season 0-2 isnt a good way to start.

I think if they dont get West back in action soon and some help from the other guys they brought in they are doomed. Over correcting something that only needed minor tweaks from last season could make them go in the wrong direction.

    Lebron with a triple double...

...in a loss to the Raptors. He finished the game with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists, in the Cavs 101-91 loss to the Toronto Raptors tonight. Cavs are now 0-2...but at least Lebron is doing well...38 points in last night's game.

I didn't think they'd lose tonight...that's a tough loss to swallow...at least they have a relatively easy game on Friday against the Wolves (although I'd like to see the Wolves win, just because they are my 2nd favorite team).

If they dont get their act together it wouldnt suprise me if they did lose. If the rest of the team isnt helping lebron they need to get Shaq involved more. HE can still put up 20 plus a night if they got him involved and used him right.

Look at the raptors shooting. Also shaq and z on the floor at the same time is killing them. They go small and tie up the game. Bring back shaq and z they go down by 15. They never should be in together, and quick jumpers are killing the team. I don't understand it but the wolves and bobcats in the next two should help.

Started 1-2 last season....I'm not worried.

Although I will say this--Shaq doesn't fit in with this team at all. He doesn't play any defense, and is way too slow.

Mike Brown also has no clue how to coach this team yet....his rotations have been pathetic at best. When Bargnani and Bosh are stepping out on you, hitting open shots, and burning by you, why does Mike Brown put Z and Shaq out there to defend them? Idiot....put guys who can actually move and can play defense. Mike Brown still has no clue--and never has.

Exactly^^. I watched the game and LeBron and shaq dont mesh well like i thought they would. I watched the game and shaq wont guard the perimeter at all. When they go small they go on a run and look like the team of last year. Im not worried either but it has me questioning mike brown.

I'm a bit concerned...I understand we had a bad start last year too, but the offense just looks horrible.

Mo caught fire in the third quarter, but the rest of the game he couldn't do anything, Anthony Parker takes the dumbest shots ever, Gibson didn't do too bad shooting, but if I see him attempt to handle the ball one more time, I'm going to lose it. Lebron, off night for him despite the triple-double. Jamario Moon, I just don't know what to say about him, he isn't doing anything.

I think that something has to happen with Z and Shaq, cause Z does terrible coming off the bench, and Lord knows Shaq won't come off the bench. And Varejao...I can't even begin on how much I hate this guy right now. He is really earning that huge paycheck huh? 0/5, 2 points, 24 minutes, and no defense whatsoever. I'd rather let Hickson start to be honest.

One positive I could get from this game is that the Mo-Boobie-Parker-Lebron-Varejao lineup was working well. They were playing great on both ends with that lineup, and I'd like to see them use it when possible. It will be even better when Delonte gets back and Boobie takes his rightful spot on the bench, that lineup will be deadly. Mike Brown better not put Z and Shaq out there at the same time ever again, we had so much momentum in the third, then he put Z and Shaq out there at the same time, and it just killed it.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Wolves won to be honest.

The Wolves have alot of momentum with their buzzer-beater win tonight...that'll be a fun game to watch, although I think I'll watch the Celtics/Bulls instead ;-)
