Ron Artest injured after falling down stairs at home
Ron Artest was injured last night at his home when he tripped over a box and fell down a flight of stairs, suffering an injury to his head and left elbow.
Artest received treatment at the emergency room at UCLA Medical Center, where he was released after undergoing a series of tests, including a CT scan. He received stitches to the back of his head and to his elbow.

He'll miss tonight's game for sure, but beyond tonight is unknown currently. Not making light of the situation, but for an NBAer, wouldn't a fall down a flight of stairs be more like a 3-step skid, based on how tall they are? lol

The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Garnett demonstrated the law of gravity in yesterday's game. Surprised Artest didn't just stitch it up himself and slap a Winnie the Pooh band-aid on it. All I heard during the Lakers-Cavs game was how he's the toughest athlete on the planet.

Even so...Yao Ming or Gheorge Muresan would have a 3-step skid...lol
But, all in all, I hope he does have a fast & full recovery.
