Collecting

After my last post about the 1974-75 O-Pee-Chee WHA I really fell in love with the SCF Image View for sets and immediately starting scanning this set. I finally finished the tedious task of scanning, cropping and uploading and wanted to show you all the final result. Please see the set images at the end of this post. I had been collecting this set for awhile and finally came across the last card in 2008.

This set features both red (1 to 198) and green (199 to 264) border cards. ...

I was not even born yet when this set was released, but a little research reveals that the "cards were originally sold in eight-card ten-cent wax packs". It is quite an amazing set!

I had read on SCF somewhere about collecting 9 cards of a player to tell their story. I was going through some cards from my 2000-01 UD Vintage set and came across Paul Coffey in a Bruins uniform and though that I could easily do a 9 card collection for him.
