Store & Product Update

Hi everyone. The move of our retail store from Oshawa to Whitby is finally done. Over 1 million hockey cards, 2 truck loads of showcases and retail displays and numerous car loads of stock made the trip. Now it is just the disorganized mess to organize

We continue to search for items for our customers and our online sales have been brisk. Next week (Nov. 28th) will see us cracking a lot of newer boxes to build up our current card inventory. We are looking at several programs to initiate (box breaks, pack wars, Classic Hockey Game nights etc...) with the addition of our new 'Hobby' room and 150 seat projection theatre. If you are interested in taking part in our box breaks or pack war nights please send us a message as spots will be limited. More info to come so watch our blog. We have several players signing jerseys for us over the next couple of months. Our jersey order list has grown significantly over the past couple of weeks with lots of requests for Christmas presents. We are working on a partnership gig for something with the Oshawa Generals and will be getting the info out as soon as we can.

The Sports Card Expo has come and gone and the release of Upper Deck Series 1 has started the Young Gun hunt. Nugent-Hopkins seems to be the YG of choice for collectors right now. Several other releases have been made and Panini Certified has just hit. McFarlane NHL 29 has come out with the first Steven Stamkos figures. The Sawchuk chase seems to be the most expensive find if you can find one. NHL 30 is next up and will feature a limited James Reimer Toronto Maple Leafs chase figure rumoured to be in the same ball park quantity wise as the Roberto Luongo Panthers figure. Good Luck getting one of those as we have already had inquiries from several clients wanting one. BTW the Luongo is Beckett booked at $150.

Thats about it for now so take care and we'll take soon. Happy collecting !!
