i too thought this might cause trouble just for record keeping.... but then thought about a good way to save them automatically. one easy way to try to save your pm's is to set your options to e-mail you anytime you get a PM. then you can at least keep a copy of it in your e-mail. won't really help for sent pm's but hey it's a decent idea i think.

Excellent job. I was just going to mention the email thing. I get an email for every pm I get. You can read the entire pm in the email message so that you can be aware of your pm's content without being on the site if needed.
