I can't believe that the Spurs just lost.

The Spurs had a big lead and the Mavs are missing players including their best player - Nowitzki. The spurs embarass themselves in the 4th quarter too often. :(

Spurs just don't understand how to hold a lead... it would be a real shame to see a crappy team like the Spurs win the championship.

Well, I wouldn't call them crappy, but they do need some improvement if they want to be a champion team.

Iggy, I am TOTALLY with you on that.

Spurs should've destroyed the Mavs by the 5th game.

How the hell do the Spurs, playing in their own arena, playing against a no-defense team that doesn't even have its best scorer Dirk, lose a game that they were leading by 16 points in second half.

Furthermore, how do you shoot the ball 18 times from the perimeter when Dallas has no interior defense?!?!?

With Duncan being guarded by 3-4 players, Ginobili or Parker should've been penetrating all day long to the basket.

I am rooting for the Nets and Byron Scott.

Also rooting for the Mavs to take it to game 7, and triple OT, to wear the Spurs out!!!!

It just got interesting! Winning against the Spurs without Dirk is unbelievable.

I don't think Dirks the problem.

The Spurs always play bad in the 4th quarter and they seemed to be a little too confident out the Mavs without Dirk.

Instead of going for the kill they just hoped they could win the game with little to no effort.

The Mavs on the other hand knew they didn't have Dirk and everyone stepped it up.

The Spurs always get a big lead and then turn into a very lazy team.

    yep...good analysis pwaldo.

Boy, in that 4th quarter.....Bowen, Manu, Parker never even looked to shoot. Every time they got the ball, the instinct was to immediately pass it around the perimeter.

Against Dallas, you should never take 18 perimeter shots in a quarter; not when they have no interior defense and that even smaller lineup without Dirk
