Missing Case hit from Panini?
Bought a case of 09-10 Hall of Fame back in February and didn't receive the case hit. Filed a case with Panini back in early March but still have not heard anything yet! Just curious if anyone else has had a missing case hit from Panini and if so what was the outcome? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

panini dosent care about the customers anymore, i have like 3 cases and nothing has been said to me

I didnt have a missing case hit, but have a redemption request with Panini for a team threads away auto that has been out to the public since the day I redeemed it and I havent got a card in 4 months or an answer to my questions asking why I havent got a card they have in hand in 4 months. I also sent in a damaged card for replacement and Panini did update that they recieved it, but then nothing else. As Phlash said, once Panini has your money the whole customer service thing dissapears.........

I am having this exact same problem with them. :|
Got the redemption of ebay for really cheap, but still it's an auto I would like to have in my hands.
At least Upper Deck tries to humor me with some preset cs response. . .

The problem is how do you prove you didn't get the case hit. I mean couldn't anybody who bought a case call up and say they didn't get the hit, even if they did? Not saying your complaint isn't legitimate, but you gotta think they get fake complaints all the time. Not sure how to resolve it other then having them just send you the hit regardless of proof. Its what they "should" do anyway.

Well I finally got a hold of someone on the phone who could give me somewhat of an answer today. The girl told me she talked to the lady who was in charge of the claims and the lady said she is just waiting to here back on what they are allowed to send me. She said HOPEFULLY they will have something for me by the end of next week. So we will see if that's true or not!

Finally heard from a real person who had some information today! I was told they will be sending me a 2009-10 Donruss Elite Teamwork Combo Signatures Kobe Bryant/Paul Gasol /50!! Not as good as a Dream Team Signature but I can't complain!!!
