How is it so many guys always look to sell their spots? Is this some sort of try and flip my money if I get a good spot type of thing?

the higher end guys try to sell there spots to get more money than they spent for em. The lower end guys selling their spots are trying to recoup some money they spent and ended up with a lower spot. It makes sense. I always try to do the same thing. the higher end guys may not want to sell...they're just seeing what they could get out of it is what I think. I dont blame em either...LOL.
