Any Pointers for Nationals?
Thinking about making the couple hour drive down to Chicago for the Nationals. Havent been to a Nationals before though. Anything I should know? If you could pick two days to go, what two would you go and why? And do you usually bring cards as well? Or just cash? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

My son and I went last year for the opening night and the next 2 days. Lot's of giveaways. Great time. Bring the cash you want to spend and the things you want to trade or sell. Stop by the SCF booth and meet some of the members. Try to buy something you are not going to find anywhere else!

I've only been to one national. It was in the mid 90's in STL. I'd say if you see something you want, but it when you see it. I had trouble finding my way back to certain dealers once I moved along. At the least, keep detailed notes if there is something you want to think about a bit.
