Lebron & Larry Bird Exquisite Noble Nameplates

Just bought 2 2005-2006 Exquisite Noble nameplates on Ebay tonight:

    1) Lebron James
    2) Larry Bird

I paid $505 for the Lebron and $181 for the Bird. What do you think?

Personally I think it's a bit high, that being said I did sell my Bird for $169 or something last year and they have risen a little...

Yeah I'm going to agree, both seem a little high. But then again, it's Exquisite nameplates their most popular set, and it's Ebay so you know you're getting way over BV. IMHO nice pickups.

Do you know if jordan is in this set? personally $500 is way too much for a player of lebron's status, you could of easily got a lebron rookie auto and still had some change for a nice card or two.

Nsingerma11 - will scan when I get them in mail.
Hairyangryfella - thanks for the info. What was your bird #'ed, small chance it is the same card?
Jmin12 - my thoughts exactly - I am a big Heat fan, have been since I moved to south florida and I am not a fan of Panini (which doesnt have his autos obviously) so the options are limited.
Jordan23 - no Jordan, but there is pippin in the set. What do you men "player of lebrons status"? Up until 2 months ago, he was the next comng of MJ and he has been a top 3 player in the league for 8 years now.

He'll need to win 6 NBA Championships to even be considered the next MJ. Unfortunately many have come and gone as the next MJ heir....harold minor, penny, grant hill, kobe bryant etc.
