For replacements, go to their site and log in, then go to requests>new request>factory damaged card and fill out the form. I sent in a certified patch for replacement a couple weeks ago, dont know how long it takes.

Haha ya I was wondering how long it would take. I guess I better send it it regardless though because doubt anyone would take a damaged one anyway. Thanks!

I had a damaged Donruss V. Carter Sapphirre die cut that they just had to stamp a serial number on a blank and it took a month and a half and a complaint to the BBB for a redemption auto they wouldnt send out to get it. I ended up getting both within a week of the complaint tough, lol. Id just ask for a replacement right off the bat, it may save you a couple of months (if they even answer you that is, lol)
