Got one today I thought would never come back, '91 NL MVP Terry Pendelton. Not sure when I sent it, maybe during Braves ST.

I love seeing some of the older Reds that you have gotten on photos. It is always so cool to go back into time with baseball history. I may have to get a few of these guys some requests in the mail as well. Knowing how you are a Reds fan I will tell you that you must find a way to the Reds Hall of Fame. They actually take you back with autographed items all the way to the first professional baseball team ever! My wife laughed at me when we were going through there as I have alot of Reds signatures and she pointed at a signed photo of the 1940's Reds World Series Champions telling me that I did not have any signatures from that team. I then told her about how Bill Werber was nice enough to sign some items in the mail for me and about how he was the first player to bat in a Nationally televised game, was the first All American basketball player at Duke and was the last living player from that great Reds team.

Thanks for the kind words. I have not been to the Reds HOF, I've seen their displays at Redsfest but have not been yet, I need to go!!. That Werber card is a nice piece for your collection, congrats! I have an auto from one of the Reds 1940 WS team as well, Eddie Joost. Not as big a player as Werber was but still part of the team. According to his Wiki it says Joost was the last remaining player from the 1940 WS team, he past away this year in April. He signed an 8x10 for me and I found a picture of the 1940 team and sent him a 4x6 and he signed that as well (he signed them in ballpoint pen though, should have sent a Sharpie but oh well)
Look for more photos to come, I have about 8-12 more to send out from the 60's and early 70's

Cool Joost auto! I did not realize he was still with us until that point. Unfotunately we have lost both of these Reds legends.

Another from a great signer Roy Sievers in a Reds uniform, he managed one year in 1966.
