    Opinions Needed

Ok I need opinions on this: On another site a member posted a contest a few weeks maybe a month ago. I won it. Well he contacted said he was going to send me $100 worth of Football cards. Well a week passed and he contacted me saying he had sent it with out postage by mistake. That was about 10 days ago. Well I haven't gotten anything and the guy erased the posts of the contest in both the baseball and football forums he posted it on. So should I say anything about it? Or just Let it go. Its not like I really had anything into the contest. Just got the right answer to his question.

If a person can't stand by their own words, imagine if the member was in a high value trade. He/she might not fulfill his/her end of the deal. Mind as well save someone a future problem by letting everyone know who this person is!

A giveaway is not the same as a trade, and I don't see a reason to remotely believe that the person will act the same way in both situations.

It's all the same, you gonna have to stand by what you say you will do, otherwise there's no credibility with you whatsoever!! No matter if it's in a trade, a sell, or a giveaway, if you don't stand by what you say you will do, what's to hold you back from not ripping someone off when the chance presents itself??

I'd say something- it's worth a shot. $100 is a lot of money.
