    Hockey Experts, Need Help with these patches?

    Busted the final four packs of Ultimate in our local and in one of the packs I hit this Daniel Sedin dual patch.

    I don't have a clue where these patches come from, so can you help me?

    They don't seem to be the colors of the Canucks team, but then I don't know a whole lot about hockey.

    They are from the sweaters they used to wear before they went White/Green/Blue. Used to be Navy, Red, White (obviously) with the big "C" native killer whale type thing crashing out of water exclusively as the crest.
