Anyone Received A Crosby Auto Redemption From Panini Recently?

Hey guys, just wondering if there are any other cats on here who have redemptions for a Crosby auto through Panini, and if so, have you received them anytime recently?

I redeemed a 10/11 Certified Top Choice Signatures /10 or less on 11/18/10 and still haven't gotten it.

Called Panini today and they said they haven't received a signature and there is no timetable to receive it. When I asked about a replacement, they said I can't make a specific player or team request, they just look at the book value through Beckett and pull a random card of that value.

THIS IS NO GOOD.

Any help/suggestions/ideas?

Wait...what? Why wouldn't they let you make any team or player suggestions? That is ridiculous.

I say wait it out... look at how Crosby is doing right now... not very good. And if he does find his game again, its a win.

Wait, how do they plan to base the replacement on Beckett value? I thought Beckett didn't price cards numbered less than 25 and yours is /10. Maybe they do price them now though haven't looked at Beckett in a long time.....

On very rare occasions, but if none are redeemed yet than theres no way for Beckett to have a book value as they wont have any confirmed sales to go by. That is very very poor customer service from Panini, especially going by Beckett Value, they should know better than that. At the minimum they should at least give a list of players to choose from or something, not have no say whatsoever. End up getting a no name player auto /5 and somehow thats worth the same in their eyes.

Thanks guys, I am gonna call again in a few days or next week and see what the deal is. Maybe they can give me something for the LONG wait.
