Edmonton Bossa Show - Cancelled....

Found out that the show in Edmonton is cancelled for Oct. 1 and 2, 2011.

Found out also that the show is to be re-scheduled for the Spring of 2012.

Anyone know why it was cancelled? I am disappointed since we go back every year as a family event - since we lived in Edmonton for 6 years.

Anyone heard if any other shows will be going in it's place. I know when I lived in Edmonton, there was one at Westmount Mall every 2 weeks.

I heard the news about the Bossa show too. I suspect it is because they couldn't book the room that they wanted from last year. Either that, or the hotel wanted way more money this year.

I know of 2 card shops in Edmonton - Wests by Rexall and Wayne's by West Ed. Are there any others?

Is there a site you look at or a way to find out about all the smaller shows going on in Edmonton? I know of the bigger ones that I've been to, but I never know where to find info on others....any help would be great.

Beckett on-line has a section that you can search by province, city, etc.

However, this is the only one that I have found and is only good if the shows contact Beckett.
