A frustrating auction
I won this card about a year ago for about 8% of the current asking price:

The seller then claimed that the person for whom they were selling the card had decided to keep it, and that they wouldn't have it in hand. Now that time has passed, I guess they figure it's safe to put it back up now that enough time has passed.
Really annoying to me, but at least I know they have no chance of selling it at that price.

Tempting to call him out, but no doubt you'll just get a mouthful of lies and excuses that will just be the cause of more irritation. It's a nice card, but there are sooo many nicer ones, actually most likely you already have them!

Hit the BIN and then tell him the guy you are buying it for decided he didn't want it.

It's more scarce than the Honus Wagner card.

Somebody didn't pay $6,500.00 for that card?
Surely that win was a shill. Who would pay that much for that card? I'm on the floor with laughter if somebody actually paid 6,500.00 for that.
