Didn't take long for my thread to be deleted
, but I guess the vent may have been against a rule somewhere (lack of taste perhaps). No probs, just wondering if the panini rep may know when Kovalchuk is expected to sign his "Scratching the Surface" cards...re-deemed March 11...no answer to inquiries thus far (even had to use spell-check to look up inquiries)

STILL waiting on a bunch of Certified Freshman fabric signatures redemptions... kinda disappointing that the new product will likely be out before I get the redemptions I pulled in the first week of last year's product.
Never got an update online, I called 2 months ago, rep told me she had no idea what they are planning on doing with the TBD cards, let alone if they were even being made and who they would be of.
Got an online update Sept 1st saying they'll have them in 2-3 weeks. Almost 5 weeks later, no update or cards. For one of the main draws to Certified last year, its really disappointing that some of these cards are still in limbo (as far as I know).
UPDATE: Just called, operators know nothing about the TBD cards except that they're arriving in the next week (maybe?) and that they look nice...Last edited by stankskunk; 10-05-2011 at 03:22 PM.

Just be patient with Panini. They are the only company that gives a crud about their customers and has made things right for me on numerous occasions. I still have two redemtions out from Upperdeck from last years product and cannot get any information whatsoever. Topps is almost as bad.

We all have independant experiences with each. Where you have year old UD redemptions, I have year old Panini redemptions. Neither one of us should have to be patient after a year, especially when (in my case at least) I don't even know who they plan on putting on the card. A company should be at the least, timely, in letting you know if they even plan on making the card or not.
I'm not upset or anything, just disappointed that I paid hundred of dollars on Certified (no fault of Panini's) because I legitimately liked the product, and they haven't even let us know what we pulled yet.Last edited by stankskunk; 10-05-2011 at 03:51 PM.

When you redeem them they are listed as TBD. Also still haven't been completed yet as apparently problems in production or something. Waiting for them as well. Probably 6 weeks ago was told it would only be a couple more weeks until they were ready yet already past that timeframe.

Im done with Panini products just for the fact that I have had zero support. I have 1 redemption with them from January 2011 to which they have not updated who it will actually be (TBD) or given an estimated date (or for that matter, ANY information). I have called 12+ times and never gotten through. This shouldnt be the customers responsibility when they outlay cash for the product and given zero information on any progress, if there even is any progress.
I know people will complain about UD and their redemptions but I have had no issues with them - at least I get communication on the progress.

I never got any progress info from UD, not even an email to inform that a card was sent out! I'm too, a bit frustrated with Panini Redemption but they are as good as the other companies are in my opinion!
