One more reason not to trade/sell/buy out of the US/Canada?

There are scammers and thieves on both sides of the border.

I would wiat for his reply and see what he says. Also what is his trader rating like. If it is high with no negatives I would tend to believe he is not a scammer.

Someone in customs could have sticky fingers? Also you need to consider Canada Post. A lot of the smaller packages are automatically sorted by machine. If a corner catches some very bad things can happen. If Canada Post receives a damaged/letter or parcel, they are suppose to put it in a Canada Post bag, seal it, date stamp it and it is to be initialedby the person doing this.

A few times I have had trouble like you. Once I sent a small package from Alberta to Quebec. The individual received it after approx 1 month. All he received was a ripped bubble envelope with no cards inside (approx value $75). It was not in a Canada Post bag with no sticker, etc. I called Canada Post Customer Service and filed a complaint. I was told (and if you think about it its true) there is not much they can do other than log the complaint. That way if a pattern develops they can do an investigation. I did replace the cards for the individual, because that is the type of person I am.

Lots to consider, however I would definetely wait for a reply from the seller.

    Good luck!!

I don't really have any advice but as far as the 7 cards written on the customs card instead of 9, I will say that I sometimes forget exactly how many cards are in a package and write down as best as I can remember, so that might explain the discrepancy.

Could just be honest mistake. I have forgotten to add a card or two in huge lots in the past. The buyer contacts me, I apologize and send them out right away at my expense. The way it should be if a seller or trader makes a mistake.

I wouldn't give them that much credit....

Honestly, sounds fishy to me. If you are going to break the law; why are you going to steal just HALF of the cards? I don't buy it...
