I can't choose just one...I'll give my top three from both IP and TTM.

    IP
    Kevin Durant signed cards
    Jason Kipnis 8x10
Anthony Schlegel (and eight other Buckeyes) signed football

    TTM
    John Kuhn signed artwork
Bart Starr signed 1977 Sports Illustrated
    Boomer Esiason signed children's book

I did several months ago via his PO box in MD. He used to sign occasionally through there but I have since seen mostly all RTS or no reply. I do not know much about the foundation but good luck.

Congrats on your success. I hope I get something back from the foundation. I'll be sure to let you know
