Thanks, I will definitely be watching. One TV will have Pacquiao Vs Marquez, and the other will have Velasquez vs. Dos Santos.

i hear you. i think Dana (ufc) made it free because of the pac man fight. lol!
i have a feeling JDS is gonna win. as for the pac man fight? the only factor is age.

I'm sure there is an easier way but this is how I do it.
I make a white rectangle, I go Filter>Distort>Ripple to add the ripped effect.
I move the photo I want to use over the white layer.
I select the photo layer but I Ctrl Click the white area.
I then Go Select> Modify> Contract I use 5.
I then press Ctrl+Shift+I to invert.
I then delete the outer area.
Then I add a little outer glow to both the white and photo layers.
