Over two months ago this one ended. After 44 day, I opened item not received dispute, a few weeks after paypal escalated a claim. Again after that I didn't know that I have to close case within twenty days. I didn't so I got mail from paypal and they announced that the time has expired.
The seller had had frequent contacts with me and asked that I would be merciful. No he got my moneys and card and does not bother to answer me anymore.
If you see the card, let me know.

Harri, notoriousrob is saying that it was a crappy deal except he wanted to use the expletive, though expletives are not allowed on the site, so it was instantly edited to appear like that.
It is a real pain when that happens with a rare PC item, and I hope that the plate does pop up back online, or on your doorstep eventually!

Because your seller has not yet responded, you should consider escalating
to a claim soon to ensure that your case remains eligible for PayPal
review. By escalating to a claim, you are asking PayPal to review the case
and decide the outcome.
We will assume that the dispute is resolved and will automatically close it
unless you log in to the Resolution Center and escalate it before Nov 20,
2011. A closed dispute cannot be reopened or escalated to a PayPal claim
My fault. I did not remember that the buyer must self-close case.

Have you tried calling PayPal directly. I had this happen on a case for $2000. They ended up re-opening the claim, I then went and closed it and got my money back. I told them I had never done a claim before and wasn't familiar with the process and that I didn't get the email telling me what I needed to do.
It is worth a shot. It worked for me
