how many people agree?
When you go into a trade with someone and your buying something of theirs and you pay instantly, dont you think it should be shipped within a few days unless you have been told before hand when they will be able to ship.
I cant stand it when people do that crap and dont say hey I out of town on business but Ill be glad to spend your money and ship out a week later or whenever i feel like it cause im too busy. If your out of town SAY SO AND DONT TRADE OR AT LEAST TELL THE PERSON so they have a heads up on whats going on. If your just too busy then you shouldnt be on here trading or selling until you have the time to do so. Just my opinion what do you guys think?

Yeah I hate when I agree to buy and pay for a card instantly and then it takes a week for the seller to ship.
I'll pay for the card when you are ready to ship the card... how bout that?

Exactly this is the second time this has happened to me first time it took the seller 3 weeks almost before I got my cards, now this time its already been a week the seller is not responding and all i asked was just wondering if you have shipped my package out yet. Yet they have been on 3 times today and i still dont get an answerLast edited by Cowboysfan2010; 12-04-2011 at 11:18 PM.

I totally agree. I ship the very next day as it is just common courtesy in trades, sales or any business practice.

Is this on SCF? Because you are required to ship within 3 business days. You can leave a neutral for slow shipping if it really bothers you.

I agree. I sell more then anything and my intention is always to ship within 3 days. if something comes up where shipping is delayed more then those 3 days i always contact the buyer and explain the situation and I have yet to have a buyer get upset when something happens like that. all it takes is a little common courtesy. they understand that stuff comes up sometimes and i do as well.

I try to mail out 1/2 days after payment is received, if its longer than that It will be because something has cropped up and I will message the buyer to inform them

I have never had any problems here.. aside from a cash through the mail deal.
I usually ship within 1 business day.. a lot of the time I ship right after payment because I use PayPal shipping.
One guy on eBay was very slow recently.. I bought a bat from him, paid the next day and he told me he was in Washington D.C. and wouldn't be able to ship it for over a week. I would have complained but I got a $1,000+ bat for like $350.. I'd wait a week+ for a deal like that every time.
