    Redemption dilemma question

Okay so as many of you know I'm still waiting on a couple of those redemtions
My lcs has not called and I'm getting worried

My question is if I call panini/ud and told them what card it was and the agrees of where it was redeemed, do you think they would tell me the status ?
I don't have the red card, or number

Semi-related, but what are the advantages of having your LCS do your redemptions. Is it supposed to be faster turnaround? I've always just gone straight to the website and entered the code myself.

As for your question, without the redemption code I don't think either UD or Panini would give you much info.

    +1

I have never had my LCS do any redempton submissions for me.

I've only done 2 redemptions with UD, both online. Turnaround times were about 4 weeks and 6 weeks.
I've never gone to the lcs for them.

I did it because it is supposed to be faster
    6 weeks
(it's been almost 6 months now)

I won't ever do it again, and more likely will never redeem, just sell the redemtions

Also at the time of pulling I was rather new to collecting, had never had anything shipped to me, had never signed up for ud website and didn't really understand what a redemtion was

Gotcha, 6 months isn't THAT long for UD, some guys sit on redemptions for years. If it's not a card you really want you can always call UD and request a replacement. Actually, even if it's a card you really want still replace it and buy it later if it comes out live.

Nah it's more the panini one
It's a High value card, and I really need the money, its also live and numerous people who pulled and redeed it later than me seem to have the card in hand already

Try calling them. I'm not sure how far you'll get without the red. number, but it's worth a shot

Get the store to call Panini for you. If they are taking on the task of doing this for their customers then have taken on the follow up as well.

Just explain to the guy at the store that they are live so could he please follow up on it for you. He should have no problem doing that for you

Someone do correct me if im wrong, but I think by submitting the redemption through the LCS basically allows you to ask for an exchange at an earlier time (I think the regular waitlist period for exchanges is 90 days). If you submit to the LCS and it has been in the UD system for 45 days without being fulfilled you are allowed to ask for an exchange at the 45 day period.
