Panini Customer Service Report.
Just thought I should share my recent Panini CS issues and final success with everyone.
Been waiting for the 10/11 Certified Freshman Fabric Signature redemption cards for 1 year now. Got 3 so far. Stephan, Fowler, and Tedenby. Need the remaining 3 still which haven't been sent out yet. I decided to call early last week to check on the status and thank Panini for finally getting me at least 3 for my set, however, I couldn't get through on the phone line and was directed to leave a message and the automated voice stated I would receive a response as soon as possible to my message. Never received any response. Tried again latte last week but same thing. Finally called back today and got the answering machine again. Frustrated I left a rather critical message. Then I posted a critical message to the redemption support thread. For what ever reason I tried calling again after that and it did not go to the answering machine. Instead I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes. Finally, I got to talk with an actual CS rep named Evonne. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She found that both #196 and #200 are in the process of being sent out while they are still waiting for #194. I then explained my frustration with Panini and my negative experiences as a customer and she understood my concerns. I decided it won't hurt to ask for some packs of cards for my troubles and she agreed to send a package out tomorrow with some packs for me. I don't know what packs I'll be getting but I happy that I asked and am getting something. Patience and persistence does indeed pay off.

Poor customer service either way u look at it Nath, but at least you got something out of it. Who knows though, it may just be a couple packs of Score or something.

This sounds more like a painful waste of time experience than a success...lol It's a reminder to those with redemptions from Panini to get rid of them as soon as possible.

I found Panini to be pretty good on my end. I sent out some cards in late October but nothing had returned by thanksgiving time. I decided to check up and turns out they finished my Donruss set for me by sending me the 20 rookies I was missing. That beat paying $20 for the Hall that i've been missing.

Yeah it was a painful experience but I'm glad I asked for some packs and am going to get some packs. Panini is worse than Upper Deck based on my experiences so far.

Not surprising at all. They must be overloaded with tonnes of complaints due to all the problems they have with redemption cards.

If I only get a couple packs of Score that would be brutal. I'm hoping for some packs of Certified or Zenith or Donruss or Pinnacle. Something along those lines.
